Our Fitness Centre staff welcomes everyone to visit our facility.  The centre is located on the corner of the #7 Highway and East Petpeswick Road in Musquodoboit Harbour.  Trained staff consist of NSFA certified fitness and weight room instructors who are waiting to help you with your fitness goals.  Individual programs are designed to accommodate each participant's needs.  Call today to set up an appointment or stop by the center for a tour of our facility.
