The Myers Point Halloween House

An unmissable experience - see a home and grounds transformed into a scary Halloween spectacle.

You Dont want to miss this...
Open to the public Friday and Saturdays evenings  6pm - 9pm

During the two weeks of October 15th - 31st of October 2010 the Empey family of 213 Myers point road, Head Jeddore turn their house and grounds into an amazing Halloween spectacle.  The work that goes into the presentation is amazing as is the experience.

History:
The Myers Point Halloween House started back in October 1993 as a hobby of such.
That year we had one grave stone and some small decorations. It grew bigger each year during 1994 -1999 to the point that we expanded into the house itself.
It was becoming quite the community activity.
During 2001 we expanded across the street which now had us covering one acre outside.
In 2003 we were approached by someone in the community suggesting we should put a collection box to defer the cost of the expanding display. It was then we decided rather than that we would raise money for the local elderly home, The Birches.
We have been growing every year since and have raised over $13,000.00 during this time for The Birches through the gracious generosity of the families in the local community.
We now have over 40 scenes spread through the property and house.
